Grades vs grade equivalents
Bonanza!
The higher the grade, more metal can be potentially recovered, and a future mine would be more profitable, needing to move less rock. Normally for gold, anything above 2g/t is good. Above 20g/t? Bonanza.
Resources or reserves?
When companies are not (yet) sure if their deposit can be mined at a profit, they'll have resources, not reserves. 📊 @synergyrescap
Inferred is the underdog
Inferred resources are less reliable than both indicated and measured. More exploration needs to be done by the miner/explorer to increase confidence.
